Meet and Greets

If you are letting out your property to tenants, guests or friends, you may prefer that they are personally greeted by someone in order to show them around the property and hand over and collect the keys.

This adds a personal touch to their tenancy or holiday ensuring they feel specially looked after and more at ease knowing that there is someone available should any problems arise or just someone to ask for information.

Prices (plus IVA):

*Mon - Fri 9am - 7pm and Sat 9am - 2pm 25E

*Mon -Sat 7pm - 9am and all day Sun 40E

Welcome Packs

There is nothing worse than arriving at a property, be it your own or as a guest, to empty cupboards, unable to even make a cup of tea or imagine arriving late at night or on a Sunday or bank holiday with very few, if any, shops open.

Let us provide a welcome pack of food and drink essentials for yourselves or your visitors.

Standard pack includes items such as: milk, tea, coffee, sugar, water, bread, butter, preserve, fruit, cereal, cheese, ham and fruit juice.

If there is a special occasion, we can provide champagne, flowers, cakes etc or cater for specific dietary requirements or á la carte orders.

Prices start from: 25E (plus IVA)

Catering Packs

We offer a selection of made-to-order different catering packs, from BBQs to picnics and full dinner party packs.

Almerimax Servicios can provide information folders for your new guests, including our contact details for any emergencies, specific information on your property as well as local guide information, events, useful numbers, etc...

Locksmith

We have locksmiths ready at hand to deal with any emergency call outs, or change of locks with owners consent for gate locks, patio doors, master key lock systems, garages, etc...
